Following the release of the Japanese digital version of Sophia University DEI&B Handbook, we announce that the English digital version of “Sophia University Handbook for DEI&B ~Creating a community of Inclusion and Respect~” has now been also published.

This handbook summarizes the key information and Sophia University’s approach to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging. It also includes the related resources on university’s support systems.
By publishing English version of handbook, we will continue to promote initiatives that contribute to creating an environment where students, faculty and staff from diverse backgrounds can study and work with peace of mind.
